They do not deserve a 1 star. If you are lazy the grounds crew is the job for you. If you carry a backpack full of dangerous weapons the grounds crew is the job for you. If you like getting paid for talking on your cell phone the grounds crew is the job for you. If you like standing around talking about nothing that refers to the job the grounds crew is the job for you. If you like standing around watching others do all the work the grounds crew is the job for you. If you complain about these defective employee's than the grounds crew is not the job for you. If you enjoy working hard than the grounds crew is not the job for you.
